Carl Ulrich

Eccentric Engineer is very pleased to make the work of the talented and prolific modeler Carl Ulrich available to the live steam hobby (Not to be confused with Richard Ulin, who offered locomotives in 2.5” scale). The extent of Carl’s modeling goes far beyond what you see here, but these are items that will definitely be produced in the near future. As interest, time, and resources permit, more items will be made available.

1.5” Scale adlake lantern kits

Kit includes:

  • High quality lost wax brass castings: lantern body, hood, large lens holder (2), small lens holder (2), car mounting bracket, body straps (2)

  • Large and small lenses in white, blue, and red

  • Instructions

1.5” Scale chicago hydrostatic lubricator

Kit includes bronze lost wax castings and instructions. Can be made operational, but flowrate is not adjustable.

Will be offered assembled or as a kit with drawings.
