The Nathan No. 11 Simplex was one of the most common lifting injectors seen on small to mid-sized locomotives.

Eccentric Engineer is planning to bring this elegant injector to life in 1” and 1.6” scale!

Meticulously scaled from the original Nathan drawings, the little Simplex will feature the same nozzle design as the EE Small Scales injector, with the following specifications:

1” scale:

  • 2.0 Pints per minute

  • 30-150psi operating range

  • 3/16” tubing on steam inlet and delivery

  • 1/4” tubing on water inlet and overflow

  • Working pull-lever steam handle

  • Dummy water valve

1.6” scale:

  • 5 Pints per minute

  • 30-150psi operating range

  • 5/16” tubing on steam inlet and delivery

  • 3/8” tubing on water inlet and overflow

  • Working pull-lever steam handle

  • Working water valve
